Therapy and evaluation sessions occur at our clinical office location at 77 Miller Rd, Suite 200C Castleton-on-Hudson, NY 12033.
Easily accessible off exit 10 of Interstate 90.
Located within East Greenbush school district and close to Averill Park, Wynantskill, Troy, Rensselaer, Schodack, and Albany.
How long is a typical speech therapy session? How many times per week?
Typically sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. However, this can be adjusted to meet the client's and family's needs. Some of our sessions have been scheduled for 45 minutes and some for an hour. The frequency of sessions varies. Typically, clients receive 1 to 2 sessions per week, but this depends on recommendations by the therapist, as well as family availability. On a case-by-case basis, bimonthly appointments can be scheduled, but availability is limited.
How long is an evaluation session?
This is difficult to determine before meeting a new client, but typically an hour is scheduled for an evaluation session. If more time is needed, an additional evaluation appointment may be scheduled at a later date.
Do you accept insurance?
Speech Pathways and AAC is a private pay facility. We do not accept or work with any insurance plans.
